Pp99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform ("you" or "Member").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service on the pp99 platform, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on pp99. Under Bangladeshi law, participation by minors on online gaming platforms is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you will be required to provide the following accurate information:

• Active Mobile Number
• Date of Birth
• Valid email address (optional)

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual registers multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. The following documents may be required as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment Method Verification (where applicable)

Pp99 supports the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. Designated limits and processing times apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit (some exceptions may apply). All transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering. Unusual transactions may be temporarily placed on hold.

All bets placed on pp99 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed (except in specific circumstances). If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets will be considered void.

• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market.
• A maximum win limit applies per event.
• Odds may change and bet acceptance may be delayed during live betting.
• In the event of a match abandonment, rescheduling, or cancellation, decisions regarding related bets will be made in accordance with pp99's own policies.
• Pp99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.

For casino games, each game's RTP (Return to Player) and rules are available in the game lobby. If a software error causes an incorrect result, that round will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Prohibited Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Prohibited Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system
• Prohibited Coordinated betting to gain unfair advantage (Match Fixing or Collusion)
• Prohibited Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Prohibited Using automated bots or scripts to play games
• Prohibited Assisting Minors in Accessing the Platform
• Prohibited Using false or incorrect identity documents

Pp99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms or Suspicious Activity
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Security Risk or Fraud Concerns
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Once closed, you will not be able to register again using the same details.

Pp99 strives to guarantee the highest standard of service; however, we are not liable in the following cases:

• If a bet is missed due to a technical error or server downtime
• If a transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment systems
• Issues related to the user's own device or network

However, if a system error on our end is confirmed in any of the above situations, we will make every effort to provide fair compensation. All complaints must be reported to our support team within 72 hours.

• Step 3 In special cases, disputes may be referred to arbitration through the licensing authority.
